Our Watercolor Playing Cards are made from 140# watercolor paper, milled in Europe and finished with a smooth, hot-press surface. We cut the paper to 2.5" x 3.5", the standard poker card size, then round the corners to a 1/4" radius and seal each stack in a holographic foil packet. The processing and packaging are all done at Federal Color headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Use these cards with all your watercolors, gouaches, inks, and acrylics. The paper is smooth and strong, capable of handling erasing, layering, and any other techniques you can think of. Both sides are similar in surface, so you can customize the backs too. Try using fountain pens and dip pens with this versatile paper stock.
