Our Watercolor Greeting Cards are made from 140# watercolor paper, milled in Europe and finished with a textured cold-press surface. We cut the paper to 5" x 7", then crease it perfectly in half, creating a 3.5" x 5" folded card. Nothing is printed inside or outside: that's up to you!
Envelopes are included with each Watercolor Greeting Cards set. Simple, elegant, and kraft brown (one of our favorite colors), they're a lovely complement to the white watercolor paper. These are milled and assembled in the Midwest by French Paper Co. The envelope size is A1 (3.6" x 5.1"). Each envelope is gummed for easy sealing.
Use these cards with all your watercolors, gouaches, inks, and acrylics. The paper is strong and stable, capable of handling erasing, layering, and any other techniques you can think of. Both sides are similar in surface, so you can customize both the inside and outside. Try using fountain pens and dip pens with this versatile paper stock.
Six cards + six envelopes per package. It's all sealed into a holofoil packet — so you get a moment of delight as you tear it open.
