This holofoil eight-pack contains our favorite Japanese calligraphy pencils, made with soft, strong graphite cores that can sharpen to extraordinarily long points. With light pressure, you can make fine lines, but with extra pressure you can make deep, wide, silvery marks. It's almost like using a very stiff brush pen, which is why these are used for lettering practice in Japan.
Luxuriously dark and smooth, these 6B pencils hold their point for an impressively long time. The extra-wide core allows for lots of different sharpening options, from a blunt wedge for sketching to an ultra-fine point for lettering.
